CRI’s mission is to share the light of Christ with the poor of our time in Word and deed. Much of what we do begins with sponsoring someone in poverty so they can experience the light of Christ. We are looking for a Sponsorship Developer to help us care and advocate for those within reach of CRI Sponsorship programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect information and photos for our sponsorship updates.
Travel to serve alongside our International Missionary Partners, assessing and strengthening CRI sponsorships programs.
Write personal updates for our sponsors.
Correspond with donors to express gratitude, answer questions, and keep them up-to-date on significant life events or changes in sponsor status.
Encourage sponsors to deepen their relationship with CRI and those they are sponsoring through advocacy or a team trip to meet their child in person.
Engage groups and individuals with compelling stories from the field for events, mailings, and social media. Help brainstorm and create sponsorship materials for new programs.
Manage and streamline our processes for receiving and sending sponsor letters and birthday gifts to children.
CRI Sponsorship Programs include Child Sponsorships, Pastor Sponsorships, College and Nursing Sponsorships, VoTech Sponsorships, Bible Training Scholarships Sponsorships, Project Life & Project Life Launch Sponsorships, Green Door Home Sponsorships, Tessa Grace Nutrition Sponsorships, Clean Water Sponsorships.

SALARY:
Like most traditional missionary roles, you’ll raise personal support for your salary, and we’ll help you do it. This is a great opportunity to invite others into this impactful ministry. (Your salary is based on experience, education, skill level, etc.).
LOCATION:
Flexible: The Sponsorship Developer role can be remote. The position does require time at CRI’s Home Office in Rockwall, Texas, each quarter. The role also includes 2-4 overseas trips a year.
